When you click on a SQL Server instance on the workspace on the main panel you will see the “server feeds tab” that allows you to create and manage server level feeds. Initially no feeds are created but with one click you can create three summary level feeds and three groups of multiple job detail feeds.

RSS Reporter provides two types of feeds:

• The Summary Feed, which contains a summary for all jobs or databases that reside on a given SQL Server.
• The Detailed Feed, which is the feed tailored for a specific database or a single SQL Server job.

You customize the feeds using the parameters in the web.config of the RSS Reporter user and admin module.
